Methods of Payment

Credit card and/or e-check (thru PayPal), Money order (click here for more info)

1. The BILL TO name & address should match the address on your monthly credit statement.
2. The SHIP TO name & address must match BILL TO name & address on your order. EXCEPTIONS: The only exceptions are military addresses (APO/FPO, etc.) and college addresses, for which the BILL TO and SHIP TO addresses may be different. In these cases, the BILL TO address must match the address on file with your credit card, and the SHIP TO address must be to a APO/FPO or college/university. IMPORTANT:
Your order may be put on HOLD if we are unable to verify your billing information. If this happens, your credit card will NOT be charged during the verification process and you will be sent an e-mail regarding the HOLD status. We may need to contact you by phone. The sooner we verify your information, the sooner we will be able to
process your order. We apologize in advance for any delay with your order & ask for your cooperation in ensuring the ultimate safety of your transactions.

TheMixtapemurder.com ships all orders through the USPS. 

**Shipping Address must be the same as Billing Address.**

USPS Global AirMail $3.00 per CD Standard (7 - 10 days from ship date)

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order can take anywhere from 2-10 days for domestic orders and 7-14 days for international orders. All orders that are placed after 8PM EST will be shipped the 2nd business day.

Defective/Exchange Policy

Customer service is our main priority, and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every order. However, because of the ease in which media is duplicated, we cannot allow refunds on sales of any CD's, DVD's or any other merchandise distributed on the site.

If you receive a defective item, send us an email at Mixtapemurderonline@gmail.com [please put "RE: DEFECTIVE" in the subject line] to notify us that you will be sending the item back. Please note your name, address, defective CD, and what in particular was misplaying on the particular CD in the e-mail.

At that point, return the defective item to the following address:


You must send us back the defective item (CD & COVER/INSERT ONLY! DO NOT SEND PLASTIC JEWEL CASE) in a standard envelope to the above address.

Upon receipt of the defective item, MixtapeMurder will re-send you an exact replacement of the defective item.
